Undergraduate Studies

The Department of Sociology at the University of Notre Dame is one of the premier programs to learn about the sociology of religion. The Center for the Study of Religion and Society provides human, social, and material resources to create a dynamic and intellectual community of scholars.

The Center for the Study of Religion and Society offers courses and fellowships to undergraduate students at Notre Dame. The Department of Sociology provides a supportive and challenging environment for sociological research and undergraduate studies -- and offers a number of courses for undergraduates with an emphasis in the study of religion.

The Center offers year-long Undergraduate Religion Research Fellowships to foster undergraduate student involvement in the CSRS and to support their own research on a variety of topics involving religion.
