Monday, October 8.  Katharine Wilkinson just published a book with Oxford entitled “Between God & Green: How Evangelicals Are Cultivating a Middle Ground on Climate Change.”  It’s a book that builds on lots of interviews that she did both with evangelical leaders and lay evangelicals.
